40 Fitness Quotes That Will Keep You Motivated

Updated: Jun 11

Fitness… Gym… Working out… Blah blah blah. Everyone talks about wanting to be fit and wanting to lose weight but no one talks about how hard it is to keep that motivation. We all have excuses like "I don't have time" or "I'm tired" and a whole lot more. I know I have my fair share of excuses. Not this time. I am committing myself to getting my health back in check. To do that, I've been looking up lots of different ways to keep myself motivated so I came across a lot of different quotes that will help me push myself. I believe they can help you, too.

I'm on a 3-day streak at the moment with this new fitness routine I have just started. I am going to push myself to do the most I can for my body. I realized that I have just let myself go and that I am the biggest I have ever been. I can't fit my favorite outfits anymore. I had to get one size up from my usual clothing size. I look at myself in pictures and in the mirror every day... I do not like what I see. So I am doing something about it. And I am not doing this because I want others to see me better. I am doing this because I want to see me better.

I love myself. I love my personality. I love my body, however, I do think that my active levels need to be improved. I used to be able to do so many things with my body. I used to be a lot more active. Now that I have a desk job, I've been slacking... A LOT. I've gotten lazier and I've been getting tired easily. My goal for this summer is push myself to get my body back in check. I've come across many different quotes that could inspire myself and a lot of others as well. See below.
